About

4th Quarter Holdings helps founders and executive teams at growth-stage technology companies make better capital and financial decisions during periods of rapid scale.

Over the past decade I’ve supported multiple equity raises and helped leadership teams tighten discipline around capital allocation, pricing, and growth economics — especially where fundraising, strategic planning, and operational reality collide.

Growth and capital decisions often feel harder than they should. Models and narratives can look polished but still miss the questions investors will press on — especially when multiple stakeholders are involved. I work with leadership teams to clarify their story, pressure-test assumptions, and align financial decision-making with long-term value creation.

Whether it’s preparing for a raise, prioritizing spend, or aligning product and segment economics, I partner with teams to sharpen judgment, improve capital efficiency, and navigate complexity with confidence.

Rasheed has spent the last decade at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategic growth in high-growth technology companies. He began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, gaining deep exposure to equity capital markets, M&A, and complex financing structures. Following that, he worked in growth equity, covering cloud services, cybersecurity, and healthcare technology.

In 2020, Rasheed joined Chainalysis in a senior strategic finance role, where he played a central part in shaping capital strategy and supporting multiple equity financings totaling hundreds of millions of dollars across varied market environments. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with founding teams, boards, and investors to help translate strategic priorities into financial narratives that withstand scrutiny.

Today, Rasheed works with Series A–C founders and their leadership teams to strengthen financial decision-making, enhance investor readiness, and drive disciplined growth. His focus is on helping teams frame the right questions, bridge the gap between strategy and execution, and make better decisions under uncertainty.
